About me
After being diagnosed with severe endometriosis in 2014, I had to reinvent a way of cooking that suited my needs. That is where I tried to find comfort in an anti-inflammatory diet, drawing on my Peruvian roots and rediscovering all those Andean foods, so rich and so wholesome, that had been set aside under Western influence.
As I immersed myself in this ancestral cuisine, a new world opened up before my eyes.
I also had the chance to let it converse with other cuisines of the world, to explore their influences, their techniques and their flavours, and to create a cuisine that looks like me: a cuisine of fusion, of reinvention and of transmission.
It is this cuisine that I am sharing with you today.
A cuisine inspired by my roots, enriched by my discoveries and shaped by my own path.
For me, cooking has become far more than a way of feeding myself: it is a way of passing something on, of creating connection and of celebrating the riches of our cultures.
Welcome to my world.
Caroline
